Intimate Exchange
Price: Starting @ $1,500
Guests: Up to 45 (each additional guest $35.00)
When: Weekdays only (Mon–Thurs)
Access: 3 hours total (0.5 hour setup, 2 hour event 0.5 tear down) 10pm cut-off time
Includes:
• Ceremony at your choice of location with benches
• Access to one grassy area for photos
• Use of bathroom buildings
• Setup/teardown of all venue provided elements
Whispering Orchard
Price: Starting @ $2,500
Guests: Up to 45 (each additional guest $35.00)
When: Weekdays only (Mon–Thurs)
(possible weeekend option if within 3 month time frame)
Access: 5 hours total (2-hour setup, 3-hour event) 10pm cut-off time
Includes:
• Ceremony at your choice of location with benches
• Chairs and tables to sit 45 guests with linens
• Access to grassy area for photos/reception
• Use of bathroom buildings
• On-site day of coordinator assistance
• Setup/teardown of all venue-provided elements
• Access to bar area and dance floor
• Security guards for event.
Mountain Meadow
Price: Starting @ $6,500
Guests: Up to 100 (each additional guest $35.00)
When: Any day
Access: 12 hours
Includes:
• Access to ceremony + reception spaces
• Covered stage, dance floor, bar, and fire pits
• Use of 15 tables, 100 chairs, linens, and covers
• Set up & teardown of all included venue inventory
• On-site wedding coordinator (rehearsal + full day)
• Use of the restrooms building
• Parking services
• Access to the ridge platform for photos
• Optional wedding tent (included if needed)
• Security for the time of reception and closing

Weekend Signature
Price: Starting @ $9,500
Guests: Up to 150 (each additional guest $35.00)
When: Friday–Sunday
Access: Full weekend (Friday noon–Sunday noon) - no cut off time
Includes everything in Package 2, plus:
• Exclusive access to the property
• Access to venue grounds for setup, event, and cleanup
• Use of all tables, chairs, linens, and covers available.
• Rehearsal dinner space (outdoor or tented)
• Fire pit + propane pyramids for evening warmth both evenings
• Access to all scenic/photo spots (pond, ridge, waterfall)
• Lodging for up to 15 guests in cabins (2 nights)
• Full RV site access for up to 7 RVs
• Full lighting & sound power access for stage/DJ/band
